NDT Methods

Ultrasonic Testing

High-frequency sound waves to detect internal flaws, measure wall thickness, and verify weld integrity throughout the material.

Radiography Testing

X-ray or gamma-ray imaging to detect volumetric weld defects such as porosity, inclusions, and lack of fusion.

MPT

Magnetic Particle Testing

Electromagnetic field applied to detect surface and near-surface cracks and discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials.

DPT

Dye Penetrant Testing

Liquid penetrant reveals surface cracks, porosity, and open defects in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Hydrostatic Testing
